Features

SKKBO custom wall-mounted EV charger enclosures are designed as protective metal housings for wall-mounted electric vehicle charging equipment. The enclosure helps create a more secure, organized, and professional charging installation in commercial, industrial, residential, and public parking environments.

This product is supplied as an empty enclosure only. It does not include an EV charger, charging module, charging cable, electrical control system, power supply, or installation service. Each enclosure can be customized according to the dimensions, mounting-hole positions, cable-routing requirements, ventilation needs, and service-access requirements of the customer’s charger model.

The enclosure features a large front viewing window, side ventilation slots, and a lockable door. Users can inspect charger displays, indicator lights, and charging status without opening the cabinet, while the lockable structure helps control access to the charging equipment.

Material

The enclosure body and door can be manufactured from cold-rolled steel sheet for standard projects. Stainless steel options are available when improved corrosion resistance is required for coastal, humid, outdoor, chemical, or demanding installation environments.

Steel Thickness

Steel thickness can be customized according to enclosure dimensions, intended mounting load, charger weight, installation environment, and project requirements. Reinforced structures, mounting brackets, and internal support plates can also be added for larger or heavier charging equipment.

Surface Finish

The standard version features a black powder-coated finish, providing a clean industrial appearance and improved resistance to daily wear and scratches. Custom RAL colors, matte finishes, textured powder coating, logo printing, laser marking, and private-label options are available upon request.

Viewing Window Design

The front door includes a large dark transparent viewing window. This design allows users to check charging displays, status indicators, operating screens, and equipment conditions without opening the enclosure door.

Lockable Access Control

The enclosure is equipped with a lockable door to help restrict unauthorized access to the charger and internal cable-routing area. Combination locks, key locks, cam locks, quarter-turn locks, handle locks, padlock solutions, and electronic access-control locks can be customized according to project requirements.

Ventilation Design

Side-panel ventilation slots are designed to support airflow around heat-generating charging equipment. Ventilation positions, louver layouts, fan openings, filter units, and cooling accessories can be customized according to the charger’s heat output and the installation environment.

Wall-Mounted Structure

The vertical wall-mounted design helps save floor space and is suitable for parking areas, garages, charging stations, commercial buildings, factories, and other locations where wall-mounted EV charging equipment is installed.

Internal Mounting Configuration

Internal mounting solutions can be customized based on the EV charger model and installation drawing. Options include removable back panels, mounting plates, charger mounting holes, equipment brackets, cable-management supports, accessory rails, service openings, and internal reinforcement structures.

Cable Entry Options

Top, bottom, rear, and side cable-entry positions can be customized according to the charger installation layout. Cable gland plates, cable-routing cutouts, knockout holes, service openings, and customized cable-management solutions are available.

Any project-specific IP protection target should be evaluated and confirmed after the final enclosure design is determined.
