SKKBO HT waterproof plastic enclosure distribution boxes are designed for surface-mounted electrical distribution, MCB protection housing, and small power control applications. The enclosure features a durable plastic body, transparent flip cover, reserved cable-entry knockouts, and modular internal space for circuit breaker installation.
This product is supplied as an empty plastic enclosure housing only. It does not include circuit breakers, wiring, busbars, terminal blocks, switches, protection devices, or complete electrical assemblies unless separately specified in the quotation. Customers can install their own MCBs, terminals, DIN rail components, and compatible electrical devices according to project requirements.
The transparent cover allows users to inspect internal breaker status without fully opening the box. The push-open cover design supports convenient operation, while the reserved cable-entry positions simplify wiring and installation work for residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.
Durable Plastic Enclosure Body
The enclosure body can be manufactured from high-strength ABS engineering plastic or customized plastic materials according to project requirements. The plastic structure is lightweight, practical, and suitable for distribution box applications where insulation, corrosion resistance, and easy installation are required.
Transparent Flip Cover
The transparent PC cover allows easy viewing of installed circuit breakers, switch positions, and internal component status. The cover helps protect the internal area from dust, accidental contact, and daily environmental exposure while maintaining convenient visibility.
Push-Open Cover Design
The cover adopts a push-type opening and closing structure for convenient daily operation. Users can open the transparent cover easily when inspection, maintenance, or breaker operation is required.
MCB Installation Space
The internal layout is designed for modular MCB installation. Different way numbers are available to support small, medium, and larger circuit layouts, including 4-way, 8-way, 12-way, 18-way, 24-way, and 36-way configurations.
Reserved Cable-Entry Knockouts
The enclosure body includes reserved knockouts for cable entry and wiring connection. Cable-entry positions can support flexible wiring layouts, helping simplify installation in walls, equipment areas, garages, workshops, and electrical rooms.
Surface-Mounted Installation
The box is designed for surface-mounted installation, making it suitable for wall mounting and project-based electrical distribution. Mounting holes and fixing structures can be customized according to customer installation requirements.
Waterproof and Dustproof Design
The enclosure can be designed with a tight-fitting cover structure and sealing design to improve dustproof and waterproof performance. The final protection level should be confirmed according to material, cover structure, cable-entry method, gasket design, and testing requirements.
