This IP65 waterproof electrical box features a robust cold rolled carbon steel body and reinforced door, paired with a high-strength zinc plated mounting panel, perfectly built as a ventilated outdoor electrical cabinet for solar, monitoring and street light control systems.
Materials: Enclosure body and door made of high-quality carbon steel sheet; internal mounting plate adopted premium zinc-plated sheet steel for excellent load-bearing and anti-rust performance.
Thickness: Standard industrial thickness configuration — casing 1.2mm to 1.5mm, door 1.5mm to 2.0mm, mounting plate 2.0mm to 2.5mm, effectively resisting outdoor impact and structural deformation.
Painting: Adopts standard electrostatic EDUP cycle finishing, liquid painting via professional cathodic electrophoresis epoxy resin treatment, and finally coated with thermosetting epoxy-polyester powders.
